All Items All full priced items can be returned for a refund within 7 days of delivery. Excludes sale items.
Refunds are issued into the same account that you paid with, and include the shipping price / do not include the shipping price.

Items you wish to return must arrive at the boutique within 7 days of the date you receive the order.
Items must be returned as immaculately as they are sent out. The item must not be worn, washed, altered, damaged, taken to Wet ‘N’ Wild (or any other theme park), and any original swing tags and packaging must be intact.
You will be required to enter a tracking number to submit your return. You are responsible for your returned items until the boutique receives them.

In the event that an item you purchased sells out on the shop floor before your order is processed, we will provide an immediate refund, and issue you with an exclusive 0% 5% 10% 15% 20% discount for any purchases in the next two weeks.
